Our Small Business Internet Plans are designed to provide your business with the best possible level of service. We provide a direct Ethernet connection to your office that is linked directly to our robust high-speed backbone. Ethernet connections provide completely synchronous (meaning the same speed in both the download and upload directions) speeds. With the proliferation of remote work and reliance on video conferencing, upload speed and reliability become critical. DSL and cable Internet are asynchronous technologies that are outdated based on current user needs.

1 Upload and download speeds may vary and are influenced by factors such as device capabilities, Wi-Fi connection quality, internal network wiring, Internet routing and applied security filtering. First City Internet makes every attempt to provide the optimal experience up to and including the provided router. Performance beyond the managed router is not guaranteed.
