The information you provide to First City Internet to apply for separate software licenses or directly to the software licensor will be subject to the privacy policy of the licensor and not this Privacy Policy.
In addition, First City Internet may release personally identifiable information necessary for the prosecution or defense of any legal claim or right to which First City Internet is a party. First City Internet will also release personally identifiable information as required by law.
Security
First City Internet’s web sites have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. Your contact and financial information is submitted via a secure (HTTPS) connection and stored in the First City Internet’s cloud accounting service. Access to your information is restricted to authorized First City Internet personnel and contracting partners only.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
